We bring together official saleyard sale results — every sale, by saleyard, category, weight and fat score — and turn them into a current market value for stock like yours, shown with the observed pen-by-pen sales range behind it.

Where recent sales are thin, the range widens automatically and we say so — an honest range beats a precise-looking number we can't stand behind. When your own yard is quiet we fall back to a regional pool and label it, so you always know which you're looking at. We tell you what the market has done, never a guess at what it will do.
