Where the data comes from

MLA NLRS publishes saleyard data after every sale. We pull it continuously, plus weather, FX, slaughter stats and a few other signals. We train a quantile model with calibrated confidence bands, and we re-check it against real outcomes every week. When the market shifts, the bands widen — we'd rather tell you we're unsure than pretend we're not.
